"Typical KFC experience except the chicken is seasoned to German taste. Ordering is simple through their electronic kiosk and having them in English is a huge plus. The one thing they could use help with is customer service. Getting orders ready seems to take a little bit longer than usual and employees are not friendly in my opinion. Other than that if you're here for the chicken... Enjoy!"

"I don't which of the 11 herbs and spices were missing. I was a good moist piece of original KFC chicken. The tenders and wings just were not as KFC chicken meat should taste. Excellent service and excellent cleanliness of the entire front customer area. Great kiosks to place your order and vigilant staff to assist me when I had the look of confusion. Excellent customer service skills demonstrated by the staff and employees. I will be back to eat the finger licking chicken, gravy and coleslaw."
